This role is based in Kraaifontein, Cape Town.

Purpose of the Role
The overall objective of the Key Accounts Administrative Assistant is to provide administrative and organisational support to the Sales and Commercial team. The Key Accounts Administrative Assistant ensures smooth office operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and supporting staff.Â
Key accountabilities
Administrative Support:
·      Manage emails, calls, and correspondence
·      Assist with quotations, onboarding of clients, and reviewing contracts to speed up the sales cycle
·      Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
·      Handle confidential information with discretion

Calendar & Schedule Management:
·      Organize meetings, appointments, and events
·      Take minutes in meetings and distribute them to the relevant stake holders
·      Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, etc.)
·      Send out reminder to the team of important deadlines

Task & Project Management:
·      Assist with resolving outstanding payments, contract queries, and order tracking to reduce bottlenecks
·      Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency

Communication & Coordination:
·      Draft and proofread correspondence
·      Respond to client queries and provide order updates to promote client engagement
·      Maintain a professional image on behalf of the GLS and the Sales team
Requirements
·      Tertiary degree in BCom Marketing or Logistics or a related field
·      Computer Literacy (MS Office)
·      Previous administrative experience will be advantageous
