Job Description

Our client, an expert in the transport and logistics industry, is looking for a Key Accounts Manager/Customer Relations Manager that serves as the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for managing, overseeing, and maintaining their accounts to drive client retention, foster growth, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure profitability.

Duties:

Meet organic business development and client retention targets.

Seek opportunities to upsell to existing clients.

Negotiate and implement rate increases ensuring alignment with the company’s pricing strategy and industry standards.

Contribute to the development and execution of strategic account management plans

Assess & gauge client profitability

Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels and address any concerns promptly to enhance overall customer experience.

Participate in monthly check-ins with your clients.

Manage and monitor client accounts to ensure timely payments, reduce outstanding debts, and contribute to overall financial stability.

Build effective relationships with all stakeholders (Operations, Customer Service, Finance) to ensure that business requirements are met in accordance with service level agreements, plans, policies and procedures and to support the delivery of excellent customer service
