They are on the lookout for an Account Manager who will build strong client relationships, provide top-tier support, and drive customer satisfaction.

In this role, you’ll visit clients to assist with onboarding, manage multiple forex accounts, and support the Sales team. You’ll play a key role in customer retention and have the chance to work independently within a collaborative, results-driven team.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit clients to assist with and explain onboarding processes

Support administrative tasks related to forex transactions

Collaborate with the Sales team to onboard and develop client relationships

Manage individual and corporate forex accounts

Address and resolve challenging client requests or escalations

Develop initiatives to boost customer satisfaction and retention

Build strong, trusting relationships with clients

Identify business growth opportunities within your portfolio

Provide efficient follow-up on client queries through various communication channels

Required Experience:

Minimum 2 years in a client-facing role

Degree in management, finance, administration, or similar field

Technical literacy; ability to learn new systems quickly

Strong administrative and interpersonal skills

Solid mathematical ability

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills

Key Competencies:

Client Relationship Management: Confident in developing and maintaining client relationships

Forex Knowledge: Background in forex and understanding of forex products

Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with clients and remote teams

Problem Solving: Able to tackle challenges with a proactive approach

Independent Worker: Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
