Duties & Responsibilities

Internal sales objectives on key account achievement as set out in monthly and annual budgets.

Maintaining profitable margin levels and brand priorities.

Retailer sales growths across categories

Alignment to overall brand performance.

Wholesale and online sales monitoring, conversion rate improvement and traffic improvement.

Future driven business

Monitor visibility and face of brands at retail to constantly improve brand experience at store level.

Space negotiations to attain the best locations within each retailer.

Weekly store visits

Executions of campaign and product launches.

Providing a 360-degree offering for the retailer

Online representation across retailers.

Prioritize and satisfy customer enquiries and requests in a timely manner.

Opportunity drivers – ensuring testing environment is set up per retailer.

Stock turnaround on good performers.

Ability to receive regular sales/sell thru reports from customer

Accurate analysis of each retailer’s performance

Sell through reporting.

GP reporting

Replenishment management

Inventory reporting.

Category drivers

Desired Experience & Qualification

Tertiary degree or diploma in business or retail management or Sales & Marketing

Sales processes and optimization

Knowledge of retail buying cycles & processes

Knowledge of product costing & pricing structures

Order & delivery management

Brand optimization at retail

Brand & product promotions and marketing at retail
