Join Our Team as a WordPress Web Designer & Developer
Are you someone who loves making things look great online and work even better? We’re looking for a talented Junior WordPress Web Design & Development Specialist to join our team.
You’ll be responsible for building beautiful, easy-to-use websites and landing pages that really grab attention and have relevant Calls To Action. You’ll also periodically do SEO related work to help us and our clients rank better.
What We’re Looking For in You:
We need someone who has experience and can get started creating beautiful websites immediately. We are looking for the following qualities:
WordPress Experience: You’ve got 1-2 years under your belt building and launching websites using WordPress and can work well with WordPress plugins
Elementor: You’re comfortable with using Elementor or a similar page builder
Design Eye: At least a year of professional web design experience, including knowing your way around using design software to edit images and making them load faster.
Mobile Optimisation: You’re a pro at making sure websites look fantastic and work perfectly on phones, tablets, and anything in between.
Basic Coding: If you know HTML5 and somePHP, this is an advantage, although not a requirement
Understanding of SEO: You understand how to get websites noticed by search engines (onpage SEO, Technical SEO, etc)
Detail oriented: You’ve got an eye for detail
Team Player: You enjoy working with others and bouncing ideas around.
Gets Things Done: You’re great at managing your time, knowing what to tackle first, and meeting those deadlines.
Honest & Ethical: We value integrity and expect you to do the right thing, always.

Your Background:
Education: A Diploma or degree would be great (but not essential if you’ve got the skills).
Experience: At least 1-2 years in WordPress Web Design is a must.
Language: You’ll need to be fluent in English.
South African: This position is only open to South African citizens
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R5Â 000,00 – R8Â 000,00 per month
