Job Description
Designs the digital visual and user experience elements of websites and cross-platform apps, combining business and product strategy including user experience, user interface and web design.
Responsibilities
New Websites Design and Delivery
Design, schedule, build, and deliver new and enhanced basic portals and websites to achieve the agreed plan in terms of quality, cost, and timing, and create an engaging website.
Website Maps and Templates Development
Develop draft website maps, application models, and image or page templates for review by more senior colleagues in order to meet user needs, industry standards, and/or project goals.
Digital Channels and Technology Management
Support digital channel management by analyzing best practices through competitive benchmarking, customer insights, A/B testing, feedback from cross-functional partners, and site feature/functionality enhancement.
Digital Marketing Plan Execution
Provide analysis to monitor performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Design and Conceptualization
Research and interpret data, trends, and benchmarks relevant to digital products/services design.
Customer Experiences Implementation
Support the implementation of differentiating customer experience initiatives, tools, and processes, including customer experience testing.
Improvement/Innovation
Identify shortcomings in existing processes, systems, and procedures, and use established change management programs to address them.
Data Collection and Analysis
Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats. Involves working independently.
Customer Needs/Experience Research
Contribute to the understanding of customer segments, trends, needs, and expectations by reporting and providing feedback on client interactions.
Personal Capability Building
Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
