Minimum Qualifications Required:
Matric / Grade 12.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with the ability to maintain accurate records relating to clients, bookings, suppliers, and payments.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Personal Skills:
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work closely within a small team.
An easy-going personality that fits into a relaxed company culture while maintaining high work standards.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordinate the smooth operation of all assigned tour programs, including general administrative duties related to group operations.
Make reservations for required services and maintain communication with agents and suppliers regarding reservation statuses, payment terms, and deadlines.
Communicate professionally with suppliers, agents, and clients.
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
