Overview
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Junior Technology Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT and be comfortable working across a wide range of technology topics, including AI, APIs, programming, and troubleshooting technical systems.
This role involves a lot of hands-on problem-solving and research, so we’re looking for someone with a curious mindset and strong analytical skills. You should be familiar with areas like web development, CRM systems, document management, remote desktops, VPNs, access control, networks, and VoIP.
Experience with Microsoft 365 (admin-level), Azure, and general cloud technologies is strongly preferred, as you’ll be expected to navigate and support those environments confidently.
A solid working knowledge of WordPress is important—especially when it comes to integrating APIs. If you have experience with custom development using C#/.NET or another programming language, that’s a big plus. You’ll play a key role in supporting and maintaining our tech operations to help everything run smoothly.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and other modern web development tools
Help design, develop, and implement tech solutions that support business growth and efficiency
Provide support and maintenance for CRM systems, including managing data and generating reports
Offer technical support for CRM platforms, remote desktops, VPNs, access control systems, and networks
Manage and provide support for Microsoft 365, including user setup, permissions, and day-to-day administration across tools like Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
Stay current on new technologies and industry trends to keep our systems and practices up to date
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption
Research emerging technologies and analyze how they can benefit the business
Apply researched IT solutions to improve processes, increase efficiency, and support company goals
Work with APIs, including integrating and managing them within WordPress environments
Support custom development projects using C# .NET or other programming languages as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2+ years of experience in web development and programming
Practical Experience with CRM systems
Understanding of data analysis
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Experience with web development frameworks (e.g. React, Angular) and WordPress
Strong knowledge of integrating APIs with WordPress
Experience with custom development using C# .NET or any other programming language is a plus
Knowledge of cloud-based technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure), VPNs, Access Control, Networks, and VoIP
Familiarity with agile development methodologies
CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA certifications
