Role Description
We are looking for a vibrant and confident person with a willingness to learn.
Assisting clients and staff with any and all technical issues and building up your product knowledge to assist sales team in giving the correct solution.
Requirements:
Valid driving license required.
CompTIA A+ (Advantageous)
Technical mindset with an understanding of networking.
Responsibilities:
Book in, assessment, diagnosis, and repair of CCTV and networking equipment.
Assisting clients with fault finding with CCTV and networking products, Either remotely over the phone or via remote screen share.
Assisting inhouse staff with computer problems.
Assembling equipment such as: Networking cabinets and Computers etc.
Delivering of stock to clients.
Keep up to date with relevant product certification.

Pay: R8Â 000,00 – R10Â 000,00 per month
