Position: Junior Technician Support
JUNIOR TECHNICIAN SUPPORT
Overview: To coordinate and test all installations and maintenance work of security products
Duties:
Coordinating and testing of installations and maintenance of security products
Telephone assistance with trouble shooting, checking quality adherence and technical issues
Setup configuration and testing off all equipment on internal systems
Monitoring ticketing system
Be on standby over weekends/after hours for any issues (roster within department)
Ensure all asset information, technical information is up to date on internal systems
Always ensure system integrity and data base integrity
Requirements:
Matric Certificate
Relevant qualification will be beneficial
Customer Service Experience
ITSupport Experience
It will be beneficial if has experience has been gained working in the Security industry
Remuneration:
Basic Salary R13 000 depending on experience
