Brand Influence is a fast-growing community-led marketing agency specialising in mass sampling campaigns activated through micro and nano influencers. We connect brands with real consumers using a trade-exchange model and manage several high-engagement platforms, including Beauty Bulletin, Brand Advisor, and Service Insider.
Summary of the Role
The Junior Social Media Coordinator supports and assists the broader social media department in planning, executing, optimising and reporting on social media initiatives and administration. This includes hands-on involvement across client accounts, Brand Influence-owned channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube), and our platform brands channels (Beauty Bulletin, Brand Advisor, and Service Insider).
What You’ll DoGeneral Support
- Assist the broader social media team across all company, client, and platform initiatives and administration.
- Work across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X and YouTube.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform innovations and cultural moments relevant to Brand Influence and our platforms (Beauty Bulletin, Brand Advisor, Service Insider).
Social Media and Content
- Assist in managing content and social media hygiene elements across Brand Influence and platform pages.
- Support, troubleshoot, schedule and publish content natively and through the use of third party tools.
- Assist the Community Manager with social media and email community management tasks.
- Source and repurpose influencer or brand content for client promotions.
- Schedule and publish content across third-party tools and native apps.
- Feature in or support the creation of in-house video content.
Paid Media Support
- Assist in tracking media budgets and assist with ad performance reporting.
- Assist in creating Ad Plans for new projects based on briefs and budget structures.
- Support the setting up and monitoring of ads to ensure they meet project KPIs.
Reporting
- Assist in compiling performance reports across client campaigns.
- Support quarterly reporting on Brand Influence, Beauty Bulletin, Brand Advisor and Service Insider’s social media performance and growth.

- Demonstrate clear, professional and proactive communication.
