A security company is seeking a Junior Site Manager to oversee operations at various sites in Pretoria. The role requires strong leadership, adherence to security protocols, and the ability to manage site personnel effectively.
The ideal candidate will hold a valid PSIRA Grade B registration and have between 3 and 5 years of experience in the security industry.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 Senior Certificate
Valid PSIRA Grade B registration and accreditation
Clear criminal record
Valid driver’s license and own a reliable vehicle
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Fully computer literate
At least 5 years of experience in the security industry
3-5 years of supervisory experience
Training in first aid, firefighting, health, and safety
Knowledge of security industry regulations, including operational and client requirements
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure a professional and profitable security environment
Maintain high operational standards
Manage and control assets and equipment
Enforce company policies and procedures
Handle client interactions and problem-solving
Supervise site personnel, including training and evaluation
Oversee staff rostering, timekeeping, and attendance management
Implement health and safety regulations in compliance with OHSA
Conduct risk analysis surveys and site inspections
Maintain quality management standards and participative leadership
