Role Description This role includes prospecting potential customers, conducting outbound calls and follow-ups, and supporting demos of Voicia.ai’s AI voice agent solutions. The Junior Sales Representative will assist in qualifying leads, maintaining accurate CRM records, and preparing basic sales reports. The role also involves collaborating with senior sales team members, learning product features, and contributing to sales campaigns and customer outreach activities.
Qualifications
- Matric or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently in phone and in-person conversations.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales processes, lead qualification, and customer relationship management.
- Comfort with technology and interest in AI, SaaS platforms, and digital transformation in business operations.
- Motivated to learn, open to feedback, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment.
