Responsibilities
Procure price and availability from suppliers
Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
Provide sales team support to ensure efficient sales operations
Process and capture sales orders, purchase orders and invoices
Monitor and assist on Internal and Customer Whats App Groups
Maintain and update system
Minimum Requirements
Matric (Senior Certificate)
Minimum of 2 years earthmoving / parts sales experience
Valid driver’s license
Advantageous Skills
Earthmoving-related sales experience
Proficient in Related Systems (Catsis, Prosis, etc.)
Systems Experience (Quick Books, Pastel, SAP)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
