Requirements:
Female incumbent
Admin and social media-related experience
Ability to work in the following but not limited to: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Canva, Meta Business Suite
Reside in the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan area
Valid driver’s license
Skills:
Create, upload and maintain content across various advertising platforms
Update all necessary admin spreadsheets and systems
Arrange marketing material such as flyers, business cards etc
Demonstrate knowledge of phone an email procedures and etiquette
Must be able to conduct viewings of the respective properties and do show houses (after hours and over weekends too)
Must be able to plan/organize company functions and events such as golf days etc
Must be able and willing to work after hours and on weekends (Especially for events)
