Overview
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Junior Sales Operations Manager in the Chemical Industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and operations, with a focus on the chemical industry.
Responsibilities:
Providing timely and effective support to sales and KAM team in regards to operational excellence
Specific area of responsibility are:
Change management agenda, supporting continuous improvement in sales processes Coordination of Customer, Channel & Category reporting (sell-in and sell-out)
Development of executive and business dashboards
Implementation of the right tools for order entry and order tracking
Support for CRM tools and analysis
Preparation of Sales plans templates
Masterplan tracking – promo execution, WD, broadsheets, extra display and cross category
Support for demand planning implementing the right tools and reports (Rolling forecast, Stock on Hand updates, disposition lists)
OOS reporting
Materials phase-in and phase-out strategy
Connection with Business planning and Supply planning to ensure stock aligned with demand
Focus on scrapping optimization, in close connection with supply planning, quality team, marketing
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
Previous experience in sales operations, preferably in the chemical industry
Previous experience in sales excellence, sales operation, business planning is required
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, advanced EXCEL
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multi-functional team
High energy level and strong analytical conceptual thinking
Entrepreneurial attitude in managing activities and project
