We aren't looking for decades of experience; we’re looking for a sharp, passionate mind. As our Junior Data Analyst, your primary mission will be to dive into our sales data, interpret the trends and what it means, and uncover fresh opportunities for Pura to grow and thrive across various channels.
In this role, you will transform raw retail and distributor data into actionable insights. Reporting directly to the Head of Key Accounts, you will play a vital role in supporting sales leadership by tracking productivity, calculating targets, and driving our promotional strategies forward.
What You’ll Do
· Interpret the Story: Analyse data sets to identify trends, patterns, and consumer behaviours.
· Spot Growth Opportunities: Turn raw data into actionable insights that show Pura exactly where and how to expand its footprint.
· Report & Collaborate: Build clean, easy-to-understand reports to help the wider team make data-driven decisions.
· Stay Curious: Continuously look for new angles and data points that can give us a competitive edge in different markets.
What We’re Looking For
· The Education: A degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Commerce, or a data-focused field.
· The Experience: Minimal professional experience is completely fine! A strong university portfolio, internship experience, or personal data projects will put you at the front of the line.
· The Passion: A genuine excitement for data interpretation. You don't just look at numbers; you love figuring out the "why" behind them.
· The Tools: Basic familiarity with data tools (like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau) and the ability to communicate your findings clearly.
