Junior Regional Operations Manager needed in KZN in the FMCG Industry
Salary: R24 000 – R34 000
Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- Diploma or higher in Operations Management, or related field would be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of operations, finance, quality, HR, and customer relations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems and adapt to change
- Computer literacy in MS Office, Zoho, Flooid Hospitality, and Teams.
- Own reliable transport
- 5-10 Years experience in a multidisciplinary role (including 5+ years in management)
- Must have experience in the restaurant, catering and Alied Trades industry
- Obtain budgets within the region and drive sales
- Maintaining food costs in the region
- Maintaining labour costs in the region
- Maintaining other supplies in the region
