Job Description
Leadership & Team Management: Lead and support site managers and operational staff across warehousing and cleaning services. Foster a positive work culture, provide coaching, and drive team performance.
Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations across multiple sites, ensuring timely delivery of services and adherence to contract requirements. Oversee warehouse activities and cleaning schedules to maintain operational excellence.
Client Relations: Act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded. Maintain strong client relationships and handle feedback or issues proactively.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. Conduct regular audits to maintain a safe environment for employees and clients.
Budget & Cost Management: Manage regional budgets, control operational expenses, and optimize profitability. Monitor resource usage to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Strategic Planning & Reporting: Implement strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery. Compile performance reports, analyze key metrics, and present findings to senior leadership.
Quality Control: Ensure high standards in warehousing and cleaning services. Perform site inspections and audits regularly to uphold service quality.
Problem Solving: Identify and address operational challenges swiftly, ensuring minimal disruption and efficient resolution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma
Proven experience in a Regional Manager
,
Key Accounts Manager
, or senior operations role
Strong background in warehousing and/or cleaning services
, preferably across multiple sites
Demonstrated experience in team management, leadership, and staff development
Sound understanding of operational procedures, health and safety standards, and quality assurance
Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and meeting financial targets
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant operational software
