Position: Junior Recruitment & HR Officer CPT)
We are looking for candidates from the manufacturing sector for a Junior HR/Recruitment Officer role, based in Epping
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment
- Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs
- Draft and post job advertisements across platforms (Linked In, PNet, Careers
24, etc.) - Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules and communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage job offers, employment contracts, and background/reference checks
- Maintain recruitment metrics and update the applicant tracking system
Onboarding/HR functions
- Coordinate pre-boarding logistics (IT setup, workstation, welcome pack, etc.)
- Facilitate orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires
- Ensure completion of all onboarding documentation (contracts, policies, etc.)
- Serve as the primary contact for new employees during their first 90 days
- Gather feedback on the onboarding experience and recommend improvements

Requirements:
Must have manufacturing background and at least 4 years experience in a recruitment role
