Assist senior quantity surveyors in estimating and costing building projects
Prepare bills of quantities and tender documents
Analyse project variations and prepare variation orders
Conduct cost analysis and value engineering exercises
Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to gather relevant information
Assist in monitoring project budgets and costs
Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to project managers
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
