Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Processing Payments: Processing client payments following internal procedures, ensuring both accuracy and timeliness.
  • Reviewing and Verifying Documents: Ensuring the accuracy and authenticity of documents such as identity documents, bank account verification and other relevant paperwork
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Customer Support: Assisting players with payment-related queries and resolving any issues that arise during transactions
  • Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential fraudulent activities, ensuring the security of financial transactions
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed records of all transactions and ensuring data integrity
  • Collaboration: Working closely with other departments, such as customer service and Risk and Trading, to ensure seamless operations
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Monitoring: Monitor transactions for fraud and security purposes.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyse payment processing reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ad Hoc: As may be required by the business

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint) – Strongly Required
  • Highly detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in processing payments.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using payment processing systems and software.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve payment issues efficiently.
  • Previous experience in financial transactions, banking, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet goals and deadlines
