A Junior Parts Administrator’s job will be to focus on administrative support within a parts department, ensuring smooth operations and accurate inventory management in support of the inventory Supervisor. This role involves tasks like processing orders, tracking inventory levels, assisting with inquiries, and maintaining records.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing – Assist with processing parts orders, including faxed, emailed, and phone orders. 

Inventory Management – Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, and assist with ordering new parts. 

Customer Support – Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist customers with part inquiries. 

Administrative Tasks – Perform routine administrative duties like filing, data entry, and general clerical support. 

Record Keeping – Maintain accurate records of parts orders, deliveries, and returns. 

Communicate with internal Team members for parts requirements & ETA’s on Spares

Supplier Relations: – Assist with order placement.

Warranty Claims – Process warranty claims and returns with Gift

Data Entry – Enter parts information into inventory management systems.

Reporting – Generate reports on inventory levels, sales, and other relevant metrics.

Work Experience Requirements:

Warehousing experience would be advantageous.
