We are looking for the following motivated employee (starting in February 2025):
Your tasks
Coordinate and support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation
Manage social media platforms by creating and publishing engaging content to boostbrand awareness
Responsibility for monitoring and further developing oursustainabilitymanagement
Monitor and analyze marketing trends to identify emerging opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness
Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and brand-related activities
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems to ensure data accuracy
Contribute to the preparation of marketing reports and analyze campaign performance metrics
Your profile
Hospitality background with a strong understanding of the luxury sector
Passionate about gaininghands-on experiencein Marketing, Public Relations, andSustainability
Strongcommunicationskillsin English; proficiency in German or French is a valuable asset
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn about the intersection of branding andsustainability
Well-organized and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Familiarity with social media management, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficient in Adobe programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Canva, and social media platforms (Meta)
A team player withattention to detailand a commitment to advancingsustainability initiativesand delivering high-quality work
Skills And Expertise
Strongcommunicationand organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
A willingness to learn and contribute toinnovativemarketing and public relations strategies
