· Installation and setup of Wireless links
· Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
· Providing first-line technical support to users.
· Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, peripherals, software and network.
· Knowledge of IP addresses and Networks
· Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
· Providing training to users on using the IT systems.
· Other duties as assigned by IT Manager.
