Junior High Volume Recruitment Specialist (Remote)

High-Volume Recruitment:
As a High-Volume Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing high-volume recruitment campaigns across various positions within the organization. Your role involves sourcing, screening, and engaging a large number of candidates simultaneously, making sure that we have the best candidates ready tojoin our team.

MultilingualCommunication(Beneficial):
While proficiency in English is required foreffective communication, we value candidates who are proficient in Zulu, Xhosa, and Afrikaans as it can be beneficial for connecting with adiversecandidate pool. You may conduct interviews and assessments in multiple languages, if possible.

TeamCollaboration:
Collaborationis key. You’ll work closely with the Lead Recruiter and the COO to understand the businesses unique hiring requirements and help the team meet our hiring targets.

Candidate Experience:
Delivering a positive and efficient candidate experience is a core part of your role. You’ll maintain professional and timelycommunicationwith candidates, ensuring their recruitment journey is a smooth and positive one.

Data Management:
Accurate record-keeping is vital. You will be responsible for maintainingup-to-datecandidate records and data in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and generating reports and metrics related to high-volume recruitment activities.

Personal Attributes:
As a High-Volume Recruitment Specialist, you should be adaptable and capable of working efficiently under tight deadlines. Exceptional time management and organizational skills,attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are key to success in this role. You should thrive in afast-paced environmentand be a dedicated team player.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally in afast-paced environment.

Proficiency in English is required, and proficiency in Zulu, Xhosa, and Afrikaans is beneficial.

Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software.

Prior experience working with Zoho will be beneficial.

UPS and Fibre Internet is required.

Ownwork from homeset up is essential.

Benefits:
This is a remote role, and working hours are from 10am to 4pm daily.
