Responsibilities
Duty Statement
- Maintain all branches look and feel.
- Liaise regularly with the BM/STL and perform daily and weekly checks within the region.
- Undertake generator tests and ensuring that fuel levels are at reasonable levels at all times.
- Report any leakage of the water mains and where possible undertake minor repairs.
- Ability to work closely with the regions project manager during minor upgrades, revamps and new shop fit-outs.
- Basic handling skills of power/general tools
- Intermediate administrative skills i.e. controlling regular services of equipment, air conditioning changes, cleaning services etc.
- Maintenance of all air-condition types and extractors.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- General building upkeep knowledge (Electrical, plumbing, painting, ceilings, generators and air conditioning).
