POSITION INFO:

JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER ABOUT THE JOB We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our Product team and support the delivery of high-quality packaging, promotional and Member-facing creative that strengthens our brand and drives product appeal. Great design sits at the heart of how the Product Department brings our products to life – giving Members the tools they need to build successful, profitable and dignified businesses. You will deliver print-ready artwork and campaign, event and launch creative – on time and on brand – while building your core design skills during the fixed-term appointment. KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Create and prepare packaging, labels and print-ready artwork under guidance Execute artwork changes and ensure production compliance Develop mock-ups and visual concepts for NPD and relaunches Maintain the companies visual identity and brand consistency across all channels Apply brand guidelines and flag inconsistencies Design campaign, promotion and event creative, including branding, décor and signage Design the company catalogue, magazine and printed collateral Create Member Portal and app visual assets, and format product and promotional content Support the design workflow, proofing process and artwork archive Adhere to project timelines and file management standards ABOUT YOU You are a creative and detail-oriented designer with sound visual identity and layout fundamentals and a meticulous eye for print-ready, colour-proofing accuracy. You think creatively, challenge convention and bring fresh ideas, while doing things properly the first time round. You are proactive and eager to learn, able to manage your own tasks within a fast-paced environment and willing to collaborate with NPD, Marketing and Events teams. A natural team player with clear concept communication and presentation skills, you adapt easily, take accountability for your work and thrive on delivering on time. EXPERIENCE 1-2 years graphic design experience (internship, studio or junior agency role) Some exposure to packaging and artwork production Digital and social asset design Willingness to learn and work within established brand systems KNOWLEDGE Working / proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Knowledge of print production, packaging design and final artwork processes THE HATS YOU MAY WEAR 1.
