That is why we are seeking a dynamic and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our team.
Your role will involve working on multiple projects simultaneously, easily shifting between tasks, and distilling complex ideas into clear, visually engaging designs.
Your key responsibilities will include producing high-quality design work across print and digital formats, translating briefs into compelling visual executions from start to finish, and assisting with PowerPoint presentations, infographics, illustrations, animations, and marketing collateral.
You will also be tasked with helping maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content and visual storytelling. Assist in the design of internal and external reports, case studies, and presentations.

Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in graphic design.
A relevant tertiary qualification (preferably from a design/communication school).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
Experience with PowerPoint presentations.
Ability to work with the Microsoft Office Suite, with proficiency in Mac and Windows.
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
A natural sense of aesthetics and a strong passion for design.
The ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Confidence to take initiative and work independently while being a team player.
A proactive approach to feedback, using it to refine and improve your work.
