opportunities. Venn Cubed is seeking to appoint a Junior FPM Consultant to join ourdynamicconsulting team to
support our current client base with existing solutions and be part of the implementation team to perform
analysis, design, develop and implement new solutions for new clients using IBM Planning Analytics.
Role Description
Support Venn Cubed’s current clients with existing solutions and design, develop and implement new solutions for new clients using IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).
Key Responsibilities
Support all the existing finance solutions developed for clients.
Detailed understanding of each solution covering the business logic and processes.
Support these clients with analysis and issue resolution and explanation.
Design and develop enhancements to these existing solutions.
Work with clients to understand and document business requirements for new projects.
Design and build new solutions for clients based on the business requirements.
Perform business analysis to understand underlying data, processes, and logic.

Costing
Reporting
Budgeting, Planning & Forecasting
Modelling
Perform business analysis to understand underlying data, processes, and logic.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting
Key Competencies, Skills and Attributes
Sound understanding of the basic finance function in a business.
Understanding of analytics, budgeting, planning, forecasting and reporting.
Good Excel skills and understanding of basic Excel functions.
Interest in technology and how to use technology to improve the finance function in a business.
Excellentcommunication skillsand ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members.
Resourcefulness – ability and desire to dig in to solve problems.
Aptitude and willingness tolearn and growwhile having fun in adynamicteam.
Able to have a laugh while being focused to work towards deadlines.
Required experience to be successful in this role:
Understanding of finance, analytics, budgeting, planning, forecasting and reporting.
