Full Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Junior Foreman to support and supervise on-site waterproofing and roofing projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in waterproofing systems and assist in managing daily operations, ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, and project timelines are met.
Assist with daily site supervision and coordination of waterproofing crews
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site
Monitor quality of workmanship and adherence to specifications
Read and interpret basic construction drawings and waterproofing specifications
Report project progress, material needs, and site issues to the Senior Foreman or Site Manager
Coordinate material deliveries and ensure correct product usage
Provide hands-on assistance with waterproofing application when required
Conduct site inspections and quality checks during and after work
Keep accurate site records including daily job cards, photos, and timekeeping
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R500,00 – R600,00 per day
