We Are Hiring: Junior Finance Assistant
Greenhouse Technologies is looking for a Junior Finance Assistant to join our finance team in Johannesburg.
This role is ideal for someone studying towards or recently completed a degree/diploma in Accounting or Finance who is looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic business environment.
You will work closely with the Financial Manager and Financial Director, assisting with daily accounting and finance tasks while gaining valuable exposure to the broader finance function.
Key Responsibilities
• Processing supplier invoices and transactions
• Maintaining the cashbook and assisting with bank reconciliations
• Preparing supplier reconciliations and assisting with payments
• Supporting creditors and debtors administration
• Assisting with month-end finance processes
• General finance administration and support
Requirements
• Studying towards or recently completed an Accounting/Finance qualification
• Strong attention to detail and numerical ability
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills
• Reliable, organised and eager to learn
