Qualifications & Experience:
Grade 12 and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
2 – 5 years of experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
Proficient in reading technical drawings, troubleshooting, and process optimisation.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
Knowledge of production systems, safety compliance, and quality standards.
Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
