Junior CAD Technician – Entry Level (3D Drafting)

Full-time | On-site
Starting Salary: R10,000 – R15,000 (progressive over 3 months)
We are looking for a Junior CAD Technician with basic experience in 3D CAD software to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to develop their skills and grow within a company. You don’t need years of experience – if you have a good understanding of CAD and a willingness to learn, we’ll train you on the job.
What
You’ll Do:
Assist in creating 3D CAD drawings and models
Work under the guidance of senior staff to produce technical designs
Learn and apply company standards and procedures for drafting
Collaborate with other team members on design and production tasks
What We’re Looking For:
Basic experience using CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, Solid Works, or similar)
Ability to create 3D drawings independently
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Salary Progression:
Month 1: R10,000
Month 2: R12,500
Month 3 onward: R15,000
