Position: Junior Digital Designer (UI/UX Focus)
About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior Digital Designer with a passion for UI/UX design to join our Ditto product team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your skills and transition into a full-fledged UI/UX designer while working on innovative products.
You’ll play a key role in shaping our digital experiences, contributing to the design of three core products (including a stealth project launching later this year). If you’re eager to learn, experiment, and create world-class designs, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do
Learn and grow—gain hands-on experience in UI/UX design while working alongside experienced designers and engineers.
Design user experiences—collaborate on the ideation, strategy, and execution of product designs, user journeys, and new features.
Create stunning interfaces—design and prototype intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile.
Develop reusable design components—contribute to and maintain UI kits and design systems.
Understand layout, typography, and colour theory—apply strong design fundamentals to create visually engaging and functional interfaces.
Conduct user research—understand user needs through research, brainstorming, and testing.
Work with developers—ensure seamless design implementation through collaboration and feedback.
Improve design processes—help shape our design culture by staying on top of the latest best practices and tools.
What You’ll Need
1 to 2 years of experience in digital design, UI/UX, or product design (or an epic portfolio that proves your skills).
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and a strong desire to specialize in this field.
Solid grasp of layout, typography, and colour theory—you know how to make designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
Proficiency in Figma (or a willingness to learn fast).
A creative mindset—you enjoy solving design problems and bringing new ideas to life.
Strong communication and collaboration skills—you thrive in a team setting.
A proactive attitude—you’re excited about learning, iterating, and growing in the role.
