What we are looking for:
We are looking for a Junior DTP Designer who will play a crucial role in supporting our design and production teams to create high-quality print and digital materials. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail, a fierce commitment to brand guidelines and an understanding of layout design and typography.
What you will do:
Assist in adapting artwork across multiple formats, including brochures, banners, ads and packaging
Assist in making small adjustments to existing design materials, including digital assets, print collateral and presentations
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines
Support the team in preparing design files for production and distribution
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to enhance creative output
Ensure timely delivery of design updates and revisions based on feedback
Stay updated on design trends and software to continually enhance your skills
What you must have:
Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field
1-2 years of experience in a similar role within a design or advertising agency (internship experience considered)
Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
Familiarity with other DTP software is a plus
Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout and print production
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and file management skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
