The Salary : Between R20,000- R30,000 based on applicable experience and skills
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pinaelands, Cape Town for a Junior Data Analyst and System Administrator. The responsibilities include analyzing data to derive actionable insights, maintaining and troubleshooting system infrastructure, and supporting desktop operations. The role also involves monitoring system performance, and ensuring data accuracy.
Education & Certifications:
A Post school qualification(s) in IT / Computer Science / Data Analytics is mandatory.
Experience & Skills: Required:
· Previous experience working with Integrated ERP / Business Systems
· Skilled in Excell at intermediate level (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, power query).
. Previous experience with Power BI
. Prior experience or internships in system administration or data analysis is highly desirable
Advantageous:
· Knowledge of Shopify online platform
· Understanding of Business systems
· Working with Sales and Merchandising data
. Knowledge of process automation using RPA tools
. Skilled in SQL and have worked with Axure
. Prior experience or internships in system administration or data analysis is highly desirable
. Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus

Key Responsibilities System Administration:
· 1st line support of PC hardware & software & networks
· Monitoring/audit of integration between ERP and other integrated systems
· Auditing of data for accuracy and completeness & report on data exceptions
Key Responsibilities Data Analyst:
· Extract, analyse and present Sales, Inventory, Retail KPI's- and -statistics in various formats.
· Build Dashboards and automate the extraction and presentation of data
· Creation of data audit reports to ensure accuracy and consistence over the various platforms.
