Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Customer Success Specialist (CSS) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of assigned client accounts. This role requires a blend of communication, relationship building, and sales skills to ensure client satisfaction and achieve booking targets.

Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of assigned client accounts, developing strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Develop and implement comprehensive account plans aligned with client goals and target audiences.

Conduct in-depth client research to understand their ideal client profile and industry landscape.

Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through a combination of cold calling, email outreach, and networking activities.

Craft compelling email sequences and manage client communication on their behalf to nurture prospects and advance leads through the sales funnel.

Schedule and manage client meetings with qualified prospects, ensuring all pre-meeting materials and logistics are prepared.

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as meetings booked, conversion rates, and client satisfaction.

Manage client expectations effectively, providing regular updates on progress and results.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in lead generation and appointment setting.
