NDA, a leading Debt Review company in Cape Town is seeking a meticulous Junior Clearance Admin Consultant to join the Customer Service Escalations Team. The Primary function of the is to attend to all clearances at the exist stage of Debt Review. This include the drafting of the clearances, issuance of the clearances to clients, creditors, credit bureaus and updating of DHS accordingly. Moreover, this includes but not limited to assisting clients with disputes where necessary.
Performance Requirements:
Must attend to call secondary functions in a timeous manner
Must strictly adhere to departmental SLAs
Suspensions
Clearance certificate
Maintain high customer satisfaction through personalized interactions.
Document interactions accurately on all systems.
Provide accurate and reliable solutions to customer and creditor issues.
Key Responsibilities
Clearance Certificates:
Issuance of Clearance Certificates/ Form19 to clients who has provided all paid up letters
Updated on DHS accordingly
Informing client, creditors and credit bureaus of the clients clearance certificate
Assisting clients with disputes where necessary
Assisting with client/ credit provider queries and requests via email/ ticket/ walk in clients in connection to clearance certificates / end balances
Ensuring certificate are signed off by respective commissioner of oaths and DC
Filling clearance certificates
Attending to all clearance tickets on Freshdesk daily
Suspensions:
Clearance suspensions and reallocating funds

Qualification: Matric Certificate on NQF 4 equivalent.
