Join Our Team as a Junior Campaign Assistant!
FWH is a dynamic and forward-thinking company, and we’re on the lookout for a Junior Campaign Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the planning, execution, and performance tracking of outbound marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SMS, Email, WhatsApp, and Voice Broadcast. You’ll work closely with the marketing and data teams to ensure campaigns are deployed accurately, on time, and in line with performance goals.

Duties:
Assist in the end-to-end setup and execution of SMS, Email, WhatsApp, and Voice Broadcast campaigns
Coordinate campaign schedules and deployment timelines
Liaise with internal teams for campaign approvals, data files, and creative assets
Perform quality assurance checks to ensure correct audience targeting and message formatting
Monitor campaign execution and flag any issues for quick resolution
Support post-campaign analysis and compile performance reports
Contribute ideas for improving campaign effectiveness and audience engagement
Maintain campaign documentation and update tracking tools as needed
Competencies:
Minimum of 1 year experience in a campaign coordination or digital marketing support role
Must be computer literate (Windows 10 preferred)
Experience working with direct marketing platforms (e.g., bulk SMS, email marketing tools, WhatsApp Business API, voice broadcasting platforms) is beneficial
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer segmentation tools is advantageous
SKILLS:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of direct marketing principles and customer engagement strategies
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to manage and execute multiple campaigns simultaneously
Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality campaign output
Analytical thinking and ability to interpret campaign performance data
Comfortable working within brand tone and message guidelines
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Calm and professional under pressure
Skills – Intermediary Excel
Knowledge of AI Principles – Advantageous
