Job Description
The Spirit Invest Group are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Business Intelligence Analyst to support our business systems, data management, and reporting functions. This role involves managing user access, ensuring data integrity, supporting reporting processes, and maintaining effective communication across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Areas of Focus and Responsibilities
Systems & User Management
Manage user access, permissions, and profile creation across CRM and ERP systems.
Perform license and role audits to ensure compliance.
Oversee data governance and implement bulk changes or imports into CRM systems.
Process team allocations, withdrawals, and recurring transactions.
Handle ticket management and system-related requests.
Reporting & Analytics
Refresh and maintain performance dashboards.
Support monthly reporting processes and sign-offs.
Monitor and audit performance targets.
Ensure scheduled updates and address discrepancies with regional teams.
Communications & Data Management
Manage CRM-based client communications and marketing distribution lists.
Oversee contact updates in source systems.
Facilitate month-end process communications.
Additional Responsibilities
Support sponsored event requests and CRM cleanup projects.
Maintain and track Merger & Advisory databases.
Assist in project tracking and agenda management.
Knowledge and Skills Required
Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems.
Strong data management and governance skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret data for reporting.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Effective communication and collaboration across teams.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field would be advantageous.
Experience with business intelligence tools and CRM/ERP platforms would also be advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial, but not essential.
Market related basic salary and monthly performance bonus is applicable to this position.
