SUMMARY:
We are seeking a driven junior professional to join a growing Business Improvement and Reporting team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career individual to gain hands-on experience in operations, process improvement, AI tools, and business intelligence.
The role will start with a Knowledge Base project focused on improving and standardising business process documentation, and will expand into broader reporting, analytics, and operational improvement initiatives.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is focused, driven, eager to learn, and excited about the future of AI and data-driven business intelligence.
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities
- Build and structure business process documentation across departments
- Identify undocumented or missing operational processes
- Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to extract process knowledge
- Use AI tools to draft initial versions of policies, procedures, and work instructions
- Standardise document structures, naming conventions, and ownership
- Improve document storage, searchability, and accessibility using SharePoint
Projects Involvement:
- Process mapping and operational improvement initiatives
- Business intelligence and reporting support
- Data-driven business analysis
- AI implementation and practical business use cases
- Support cross-functional projects across operations, finance, and reporting
Qualifications
- Degree in the following qualifications: Accounting, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Science
