We are looking for a Junior Brand Manager to join our Marketing Team and grow the Sweepsouth brand through partnerships, storytelling, and influence across the market.

The ideal candidate is a creative, highly organised self-starter with a sharp eye for brand consistency and a genuine love of bringing ideas to life. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their brand or marketing career who wants to learn by doing, supporting partnerships, campaigns, and community initiatives from idea through to execution, while keeping every moving part on track. Key Responsibilities:

Partnerships and Brand Support:

  • Support the identification and onboarding of partnership opportunities across brands, platforms, and communities;
  • Help coordinate co-branded campaigns from concept through to delivery;
  • Maintain day-to-day partner relationships and keep communication organised and on schedule;
  • Check creative output and messaging against brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

Sweepfam and Advocacy:

  • Help bring the Sweepfam community to life through creative content and communications;
  • Support the distribution of vouchers and comms, and keep records organised and up to date;
  • Track referrals, content posts, and voucher usage, and flag patterns worth exploring;
  • Help brief content and campaigns based on what's working within the community.

Insights and Organisation:

  • Keep clean, well-organised documentation, reporting, and tracking across partnerships and projects;
  • Help track trends in the business, competitors, and online conversation;
  • Flag ideas and improvements based on what you notice;
  • Keep timelines, action items, and deliverables on track across multiple projects at once.

Creative Contribution to Marketing Campaigns

  • Bring creative ideas to messaging, positioning, and campaign concepts;
  • Help translate partnership opportunities into campaign-ready creative;
  • Support activations and execution, coordinating closely with CRM, paid, content, and design;
  • Help keep campaign assets, timelines, and sign-offs organised and on schedule.

Bringing the brand thinking to life:

  • Help ensure every partnership plugs into the right channels, CRM (newsletter, SMS, in-app), landing pages, and paid where applicable;
  • Contribute creative thinking on the overall message, the hook per audience/platform, and why it matters to the person seeing it;
  • Apply brand thinking (tone, focus on problem/solution and people, and tie-back to our USPs, time back, ease, convenience, reliability) to creative work and campaign support.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Design or a related field
  • 2+ years' working experience in a brand, marketing, or creative support role (internships count)
  • A creative eye, with genuine enthusiasm for ideas, storytelling, and good design
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Good written communication skills
  • Comfortable tracking numbers, timelines, and documentation
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to work well in a team, and under pressure
  • An interest in commerce, popular culture, and new marketing and advertising trends and techniques
