Junior Bookkeeper / Sales Administrator Wanted in Durban North

Durban North, KwaZulu-Natal, and we’re seeking a proactive and enthusiastic
Junior Bookkeeper / Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team.
This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow,
offering a blend of responsibilities in both finance and supporting our operations
team.
What you’ll be doing:
* Bookkeeping:
Assisting with daily financial transactions, data
entry, reconciliations and preparing financial documents.
* Sales Administration: Processing sales orders, managing
customer inquiries, preparing quotations and debtor
management.
We’re looking for someone who has:
* A relevant qualification in bookkeeping, finance, or
business administration (or currently studying).
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
* Previous experience in a similar role would be a bonus,
but it’s not essential – we’re happy to train the right candidate.
