Junior Bookkeeper Jobs in Cape Town, Western Cape 7490 at African Tuna Traders (Pty) Ltd
As a Junior Bookkeeper, your duties will include, but will not be limited to, assisting the Finance Team with :
Cashbook capturing
Debtors – sourcing of documents for billing, invoicing, following up on outstanding payments
Creditors – supply orders, gather invoices, arrange authorisation, capture, prepare for payment
Commercial Fishing admin – collate information and documentation, record crew data, liaise with shore skippers, general commercial fishing related admin duties
General admin – assist FM/Senior Accountants with general duties, including filing, preparing for audits, preparing for statutory reports and submissions
Software used : Pastel and Microsoft Office
