Junior Blog Post Writer (Remote)
Role Summary
The Junior Blog Post Writer will research, draft, and refine engaging technical and thought-leadership content for our corporate blog. This full-time, overtime-eligible position supports marketing and communications teams by producing clear, accurate posts that inform and educate readers about networking technologies, best practices, and 341 Networks’ service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Research industry topics, emerging trends, and client-facing use cases to inform blog content.
Write, edit, and proofread 2–4 blog posts per month, ensuring technical accuracy and readability.
Collaborate with network engineers and project managers to gather subject-matter expertise.
Optimize content for search engines using SEO best practices.
Adhere to brand voice and style guidelines while maintaining factual, professional tone.
Coordinate with the content calendar to meet publication deadlines.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ professional writing experience, preferably in technology or B2B services.
Strong understanding of networking concepts (e.g., LAN/WAN, Ethernet, fiber optics) or demonstrated ability to learn technical subject matter quickly.
Excellent command of written English, including grammar, punctuation, and AP style.
Familiarity with SEO tools and practices.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a remote setting.

Overtime-Eligible (overtime paid at 1.5× base hourly rate after 40 hours/week).

Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: USD 50,000–65,000 per year, plus overtime pay at 1.5× base hourly rate.
