We are seeking a Junior Attorney with a minimum of 3-5 years’ post-admission experience in High Court Banking Litigation, specifically in foreclosures and vehicle repossessions. Key Responsibilities
Manage a varied caseload of foreclosure and vehicle repossession matters in the High Court.
Provide sound legal advice to clients on banking and financial issues.
Prepare and present legal documents and arguments.
Liaise with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders to ensure case progression.
Requirements And Skills
3-5 years post-admission experience in High Court Banking Litigation.
Proven experience in foreclosures and vehicle repossessions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Possess a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with AJS and Ghost Practice is a plus.
A dynamic problem-solver with excellent interpersonal skills, willing to work overtime as needed.
