Requirements
Matric pass
A tertiary qualification is an added advantage.
Accounting/bookkeeping qualification will be an advantage.
At least 1 year of relevant experience
Payroll experience.
Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office packages.
Ability to operate effectively under pressure.
Qualities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to operate effectively under pressure.
Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
Responsibilities
Creating and maintaining comprehensive admin documentation.
Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
Administering the payroll.
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Preparing and sending invoices, maintaining client databases, tracking accounts, and assisting with copying, filing, and distributing internal documents.
Order office supplies and monitor inventory to avoid interruptions.
Vehicle administration including licensing and booking for service.
Assisting in procurement processes
Assist colleagues with administrative duties as requested.
