Key Responsibilities
Cashbook capture and handling, payment creation on bank
Month end journals
Reconciliations
Foreign Exchange payment documentation facilitation
AP reconciliation checking and validation
Upkeep of Capex control Register
Petty Cash Handling
E-filing – VAT and PAYE
Backup for Accounts Payable
Qualifications & Experience Required
At least 3 years’ experience as a Jnr Accountant
Grade 12 with a qualification towards bookkeeping/accounting (will be an advantage)
Good attention to detail
IFR
16 knowledge will be an advantage
