Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Junior Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our existing clients. This is a remote role based in Krugersdorp, Gauteng, with regular client visits and meetings.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing multiple client accounts
- Building strong, long-term client relationships
- Understanding clients’ operational needs
- Coordinating client requests with our support and product teams
- Resolving queries and managing expectations
- Preparing client reports and presentations
- Identifying sales and account-growth opportunities
- Keeping account information and activities accurately documented
- Holding the necessary boundaries and keeping client projects moving
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in account management, sales, customer relationship management or business development
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Good time-management and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Confident presentation and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Comfortable in discussing software requirements and software training.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Valid driver’s licence
